T24 Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and execute data migration activities for T24 core banking system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth transition throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems into T24 target structures.
- Design and implement robust data migration strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and meet data requirements.
- Conduct data analysis, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high-quality and reliable migration outcomes.
- Document migration processes, including ETL procedures, mapping documents, and reporting.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support on best practices.
- Participate in post-migration reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and migration techniques.
- Excellent understanding of T24 core banking system architecture.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
