Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-quality visual assets for print and digital media. Your expertise in graphic design and digital design will drive the creation of impactful marketing and communications projects.

Developing visually stunning assets is crucial for capturing audience attention and conveying brand messages effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand and marketing materials is also essential for maintaining consistency across all channels.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives. This includes partnering with team members to understand their needs and providing expert-level guidance on design strategy.

Ensuring consistency in branding, language, tone, and content throughout all design work is critical for building trust with your target audience. With this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually stunning assets for various mediums, including print, digital, video, social media, email, outdoor, and interactive formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand and marketing materials.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, language, tone, and content throughout all design work.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in graphic design and digital design.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and present design strategy to stakeholders.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work across diverse channels and mediums.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate designs based on feedback.
