  • Conduct market research and analysis to support practice and practice development initiatives
  • Prepare submissions for rankings, directories, and awards
  • Draft, maintain, and update Firm profiles, deal lists, experience lists, and marketing collateral
  • Track market trends, legal developments, and competitor activity relevant to the Firm and its practice areas
  • Support the Firm's PR and media outreach, including liaising with journalists, monitoring media opportunities, and preparing press materials
  • Assist in planning and executing the Firm's participation in events, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and practice development dashboards on a real-time basis
  • Draft internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and social media content
  • Manage and grow the Firm's social media presence across relevant platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in legal research, legal rankings, PR, or professional services is a plus
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online databases, social media, and digital tools
