Corporate Security Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day physical security operations and implement policies and procedures across the facility.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Crisis Management teams to develop crisis management protocols, including emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Manage front desk security operations and ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
  • Implement and monitor security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
  • Coordinate security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide support and guidance to security teams during overnight, weekend and holiday coverage.
  • Serve as a liaison providing essential support during incident activation and response, facilitating planning, coordination, and effective two-way communication to ensure timely escalation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Indirect leadership experience
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure
  • Experience with Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, Eptura iOffice
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
