We are seeking an accomplished Data Scientist to spearhead the integration of data, machine learning, and product development. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for leveraging data insights to drive business decisions.

  • Model Development: Design, implement, and experiment with machine learning models and data-driven features, including recommendation systems, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and predictive analytics.
  • Data Engineering & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze structured + unstructured data to uncover actionable insights and inform product strategy.
  • Pipeline Creation: Rapidly prototype ideas in notebooks, then collaborate with engineers to productionize models using MLOps best practices.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Design experiments (A/B tests, evaluation pipelines), define key performance indicators, and continuously refine model performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure data and AI capabilities directly support real-world use cases.
Requirements
  • 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer; a background in a startup or product environment is beneficial.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including comfort with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with data pipelines and storage, such as SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring is essential.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are required to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or venture building environments is valuable.
