Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Transactions team as a Transaction Coordinator.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. They will be responsible for managing due diligence tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate transaction records.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Acquisitions, Transactions, and Operations teams in ensuring smooth property transactions from sourcing to completion.
  • Manage due diligence tasks, documentation, and follow-ups with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in property, legal, or administrative processes.
