We are expanding our Transactions team and looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Acquisitions Associate to join us in this high-growth phase.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support teams to ensure smooth property transactions from sourcing to completion.
  • Manage due diligence tasks, documentation, and follow-ups with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain transaction records and prepare reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in property, legal, or administrative processes.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in real estate, property transactions, legal support, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM or transaction management systems.
