Drive your career forward as a Lead Security Engineer in our dynamic team. We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the technical integration of our technology portfolio into a modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) tech stack.

As a Lead Security Engineer, you will be responsible for bolstering our organization's IAM security posture by transitioning locally managed systems under centralized management utilizing a modern Identity Governance and Administration system.

  • Evaluate identity & access requirements, architect future state IAM operations, and deploy solutions throughout the organization by leveraging features across Saviynt, EntraID, and other IAM/PAM tooling to enhance security and user experience for cloud and on-premises resources.
  • Be the key technical SME in efforts of transitioning centralized access management from legacy on-premise IGA platform to modern cloud IGA tooling.
  • Serve as a technical SME within the IAM space, mentoring junior engineers, creating and maintaining documentation on securely integrating systems into a modern IAM tech stack, and driving the technical implementation of IAM tools (IGA, PAM).

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Identity Governance and Administration solutions (Saviynt/SailPoint).
  • Expertise in Azure Active Directory or another IDP.
  • Advanced understanding of authentication methodologies, protocols, and mechanisms.
  • Ability to develop strategic approaches for complex identity initiatives, prioritizing work streams and customer needs.
  • Experience in large-scale IAM implementations and risk identification with options and compensating controls to remediate.
  • Experience evaluating, improving, and managing IAM processes for the cloud by leveraging process metrics and customer feedback.
