Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Workday Functional Consultant.

  • As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Workday solutions for clients across various modules.
  • Your responsibilities will include planning and prioritizing work, leading small implementation projects, and managing workload for the team.
  • You will also be responsible for developing complex configurations for clients, managing data transformation, and performing EIB Data loads.
  • In addition, you will provide go-live assistance and ongoing support to ensure timely completion of projects.

About This Role:

  • We are looking for someone with minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
  • A B.E /B.Tech /MCA /BSc degree is required.
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas are essential for developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday at least of the Module - Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll is necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach around it is required.

  • High attention to detail is necessary.
  • Good relationship skills and ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team is required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively is essential.
  • Ability to work in a global and remote team is necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering, definition, and investigation of business/technical requirements for client's Absence or Time Tracking needs.
  • Designing the Workday solution to meet the needs.
  • Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of the concerned module.
  • Configuring based on the filled Workbook.
  • Performing self-reviews and smoke testing of work delivered and reviewing peer's work.
  • Assisting clients with testing of the concerned functional module.
  • Providing production support, migration activities, and production rollout.
