Insurance Risk Manager Position

We seek a seasoned Insurance Risk Manager to spearhead underwriting, policy placement, and claims management for our corporate clients.

  • The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of property, fire, and engineering insurance products, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and develop strong business relationships.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field is required, with additional qualifications in insurance being advantageous.

The successful candidate will work independently, utilizing their skills and expertise to deliver exceptional client service and support. They will be responsible for preparing RFQs, arranging quotes from top insurance companies, and placing policies with clients. Additionally, they will oversee claims addition and deletion in non-electronic benefit (EB) policies, scrutinize claims, and provide enrollment and claims support to corporate clients.

This role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can drive results and make a significant impact at our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare RFQs, arrange quotes from top insurance companies, and place policies with clients.
  • Oversee claims addition and deletion in non-Electronic Benefit (EB) policies, scrutinize claims, and service corporate clients for enrollment and claims support.
  • Manage team coordination, including agenda preparation and high-level notes for senior team members.
  • Develop strong relationships with corporate clients through courteous customer interactions, enhancing client satisfaction.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field; additional qualifications in Insurance would be advantageous.
  • Proven product knowledge across Property, Fire, and Engineering products.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently engage with CXOs of corporates.
