Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

A seasoned data analyst is sought after to drive business decisions through actionable insights and shape key business strategies.

  • Analyze complex loan and retail banking data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate critical data.
  • Develop and maintain robust reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Apply data warehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders will be a key responsibility.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
  • Strong domain knowledge in loans and retail banking.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL querying, optimization, and debugging.
  • Solid understanding of reporting concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact/dimension tables).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working directly with BFSI clients.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, visualization, or automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams in the translation of business requirements into actionable analytics.
