Job Description:

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and executing a centralized pharmaceutical procurement strategy for multiple hospitals.

This involves developing and negotiating contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to optimize medicine supply chain across all hospital locations.

Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, evaluating supplier performance, conducting market analysis, and handling tender processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration is essential. An MBA in Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP software, and knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements are necessary.
