Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex block designs
  • Develop and execute strategic handoff and sign-off procedures for key stages: RTL freeze, synthesis, place & route, static timing analysis, and DFT
  • Drive IP integration, clocking strategy, and power domain definition initiatives
  • Facilitate collaborative relationships between internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Identify and mitigate design and schedule risks through proactive measures
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with EDA tool providers and external IP vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
  • Strong background in digital IC design (RTL to GDSII), system-level architecture, and IP integration; expertise in timing closure (STA) and power-performance-area (PPA) optimization
  • Familiarity with design for manufacturability, test (DFT), and silicon debug methodologies
