Project Coordinator Role

About Premiere Digital Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This role will be the face of Premiere Digital, providing exceptional customer service interaction through incoming tickets and escalating key issues to developers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client tickets in a prompt and professional manner, addressing all questions and concerns.
  • Understand and escalate software bugs and issues to developers, ensuring closure with clients once resolved.
  • Develop knowledge of new features and create help documentation articles to support clients.
  • Act as liaison between internal departments to resolve client issues.
  • Analyze metrics and stats from ticketing systems to generate reports on time to resolution, classification, and other key information.
  • Utilize SQL to query databases for relevant information during issue investigation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning new software tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
