DC ACI Role Job Description

The role involves working on DC ACI to enhance network performance and security. A strong understanding of L2 and L3 networking protocols is essential for this position.

Responsibilities will include hands-on experience with Nexus 2K, 5K, 7K, and 9K platforms, as well as a good understanding of overlay technologies like VXLAN, BGP-EVPN, OTV, and LISP.

Cisco SDN-based technologies, including Cisco ACI, Cisco Programmable Network Portfolio, Standalone VXLAN Fabric, and DCNM, are also expected to be familiarized with.

  • Cisco DC/Branches Routers & Switches
  • Cisco SDN Network Administration

Knowledge of additional skills such as Cisco Meraki / Velocloud, Scripting - Shell/PowerShell/Python, SDWAN Meraki, and SDWAN Viptela would be beneficial.
