IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the stability of our IT infrastructure.
Your Role – Critical to Success
As System Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle.
- Administering and troubleshooting Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications.
- Implementing IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.
- Supporting networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration.
- Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS).
- Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support.
