Job Title: IT Operations Excellence Leader Trainer
Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished IT operations management professional with a proven track record of delivering enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence.
The role involves overseeing IT operations, monitoring systems performance, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and driving efficiency through automation and best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC, SolarWinds), cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards.
Mentoring and developing junior staff and fresh graduates is also a key responsibility.
- Managed IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
- Ensured incident, problem, change, and event management processes aligned with ITIL frameworks.
- Utilized ITOM platforms (ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Orchestration) to monitor and optimize system performance.
- Developed and implemented operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
- Automated recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborated with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
