Oracle SCM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle SCM Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SCM applications.

  • This includes Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs.
  2. Perform technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
  3. Support full lifecycle implementations including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  4. Execute data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  5. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  6. Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
  7. Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
