Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM implementation specialist to lead and participate in the full lifecycle of projects, from requirements gathering and functional design to configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Supply Chain Management business processes and be able to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud SCM configurations and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Provide expert functional support to clients, diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions for Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and requirements, translating them into clear and actionable functional specifications.
  • Perform complex configurations within Oracle Cloud SCM to meet specific business needs and execute comprehensive functional testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Oracle SCM, with a significant focus on Oracle Cloud SCM.
  • Strong functional experience in configuring and implementing at least 2-3 key Oracle Cloud SCM modules (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, WMS).
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce).
  • Proven experience in support projects for Oracle Cloud SCM, handling incident resolution and problem management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
