About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Planning Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning, a strong understanding of SCM processes, and a track record of successfully delivering end-to-end implementations. This role requires a proactive professional who can work closely with clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Supply Chain Planning implementation projects (minimum 3 full-cycle implementations).

- Provide hands-on configuration and solutioning expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM Planning modules.

- Design and execute test scripts related to Supply Chain Planning and SCM process cycles.

- Collaborate effectively with clients and onsite teams to understand business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Ensure timely status reporting and regular communication with stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation in accordance with Datavail standards.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Planning.

- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud SCM Planning modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, etc.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
