Job Title:
">Data Quality Analyst">Key Responsibilities:
">- Support the Data Quality Framework across the organisation, ensuring high-quality data management practices are embedded throughout all aspects of the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues, developing effective solutions and working closely with the business to implement corrective actions.
- Design and develop Data Quality Rules in SQL and/or Informatica to monitor critical data elements for specific business areas, providing timely and accurate Data Quality Indicators (DQIs) and Dashboards created in Power BI.
Requirements:
">- Intermediate-level SQL development experience, with proficiency in writing T-SQL.
- 1+ years' experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various business groups.
- Desirable: experience delivering data quality monitoring dashboards and tools, as well as knowledge of Data Quality tools.
Skills and Competencies:
">- Attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Intermediate-level verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently, with minimal supervision.
Knowledge Requirements:
">- Understanding of data quality analysis, standards and reporting.
- Knowledge of ETL and Data Warehousing principles.
- Awareness of the development lifecycle and data quality tools.
Qualifications/Certifications:
">- University degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering or Mathematics).
- Desirable: relevant certifications or training in data quality, ITIL, or related fields.
