Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

Enhance the quality and reliability of our platform by building and maintaining automated testing frameworks as a talented and proactive Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on automation, where you will play a key part in the testing strategy for a robust platform used by some of the world's largest companies.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts for both front-end (UI) and API layers.
  • Execute automated test cases to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of new features and existing systems.
  • Automated tests into our continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployments.
  • Work directly with software developers and product managers to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and reproduce bugs.
  • Take ownership of the regression test suites, ensuring they provide comprehensive coverage for the entire platform.
  • Assist in performance, load, and security testing efforts to identify and report potential issues.
  • Accurately log, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle, providing clear and detailed information to the development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in the following areas:

  • Quality assurance experience with a focus on test automation (at least 3 years).
  • Proven ability in designing and building automated test scripts using established frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
  • Strong proficiency in API automation techniques using tools such as Postman or Karate DSL.
  • Solid programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in database testing against relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
