**Job Title:** Travel Operations Specialist

Are you a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities? We're looking for a seasoned Holiday Operations Executive to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design personalized holiday itineraries, incorporating hotels, flights, activities, and local experiences based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences by handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other travel elements.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with vendors to secure competitive rates and high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.

**Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
  • Experience in handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries.
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services (flights, hotels, activities, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Passion for travel and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
