Technical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our organization in a key role. As a seasoned expert in Oracle HFM, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical initiatives, overseeing teams, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions and projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of Oracle HFM, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle HFM, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including at least 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Deep expertise in HFM administration, including system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Proven track record in financial consolidation, reporting, and managing close cycles.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience working with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools is highly desirable.
