  • Representing the company or liaising with counsel in arbitration proceedings, including drafting claims, counterclaims, and ensuring procedural compliance;">
  • Cordinating with external counsels and managing timelines, filings, and hearings efficiently;">
  • Drafting legal notices, show-cause notices, internal memos, and advisories related to any misconduct or violations;">
  • Playing an active role in strategizing and executing legal recovery processes;">
  • Secure amicable resolutions wherever feasible while protecting the company's interests.">

The ideal candidate should possess:
