About the Role
  • This is a full-time role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400058
  • Preferred qualification: LLB - Specialization in Corporate Law
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and vet legal agreements and contracts
  • Support senior legal team members in handling regulatory and compliance matters
  • Conduct basic legal research and prepare case summaries and legal notes
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal files and agreements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation
  • Assist in preparing responses for notices, queries, or legal correspondence
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution
