As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI-driven drug discovery solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will design and implement deep learning architectures to predict protein-ligand structures, generate novel molecular compounds, and optimize their properties.
  • Pocket-conditioned molecular generation using techniques such as Pocket2Mol, SE(3)-equivariant GNNs, and 3D diffusion models is another key area of focus.
  • Protein-ligand pose prediction through methods like DiffDock, EquiBind, and custom SE(3)-transformers will also be a crucial part of your role.
  • Multi-objective reinforcement learning will be used to optimize compound properties, including potency, ADME, and novelty.
  • Fine-tuning AlphaFold/OpenFold and related structure models for specific project targets will require your expertise.

You will collaborate closely with our Ligand Design Lead to integrate chemical and biological insights into our model pipeline, ensuring that our AI-generated compounds meet the highest standards of potency, novelty, and biological relevance.
