About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations, with a proven track record of successfully identifying, onboarding, and managing top talents and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout and identify potential talents and influencers for partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for talent management and brand partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end collaboration and partnerships with talents, ensuring smooth execution and timely release of payments.
  • Support client servicing while maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
