Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will involve developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to align with overall business objectives
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers in the industry
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using data and metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are on-brand and effective
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day tasks including content creation, scripting, and market research
  • Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to represent the agency to brands and clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in identifying and building relationships with influencers
  • Skills in negotiating and managing contracts
  • Ability to track and analyze campaign performance
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Scripting and content strategy
  • Basic video editing requirements
  • Client acquisition and brand management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a creative agency is mandatory
