We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our analytics ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Analytics Engineering & Automation Lead who will drive the design and scaling of our data platforms, business rules, and machine learning deployment pipelines.

This role will oversee process automation, service level agreements, and governance to ensure a reliable, future-ready analytics environment. You will lead a small team of analysts/engineers and be responsible for prioritization, quality, and development.

As a seasoned professional with 5-8 years of experience in analytics engineering / BI / data platforms, you will bring advanced SQL, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration expertise. Strong business intelligence skills (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or equivalent) are required, as well as hands-on experience with machine learning model deployment (batch pipelines, monitoring, scheduling).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, GCP/AWS/Azure) and workflow automation (Airflow, dbt, n8n, CI/CD) is also essential. Prior experience in leading small teams and stakeholder management is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Platforms
    • Design and oversee data marts and curated data views across domains.
    • Establish data modeling best practices, documentation, and governance.
  • Business Rules
    • Own the design and governance of production rule engines for credit/fraud policies.
    • Ensure scalable, tested, and version-controlled deployment of rules.
  • Machine Learning Deployment
    • Lead the deployment and monitoring of batch-based ML models.
    • Define standards for model execution, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
  • Automation
    • Define and enforce service level agreements for data, dashboard, and BRE changes.
    • Introduce automated solutions using tools like GenAI, n8n, dbt, CI/CD.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a small team (2–4 analysts/engineers) with responsibility for prioritization, quality, and development.
    • Conduct regular reviews, mentorship, and skill development.
