Electronics Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electronics specialist to join our innovative team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Circuit Design and Development:
    • Develop complex electronic circuits for high-performance applications using industry-standard EDA tools.
    • Lead the design and prototyping of electronic systems, including IP-rated enclosures, with a focus on reliability and durability.
  • PCB Design and Layout:
    • Create and review PCB layouts and schematics using Altium Designer or similar software.
    • Select appropriate electronic components and materials for optimal performance, durability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Circuit Debugging and Testing:
    • Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and prototypes using lab equipment.
    • Operate oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies for circuit debugging and verification.
  • Documentation and Collaboration:
    • Prepare technical documentation for manufacturing, compliance, and assembly processes.
    • Collaborate closely with mechanical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in electronic circuit design, analysis, and simulation using EDA tools.
    • Strong expertise in PCB layout, schematic capture, and multi-layer board design.
    • Solid understanding of IP-rated electronic enclosure requirements and ruggedization techniques.
    • Hands-on experience with prototyping, soldering, debugging, and using lab equipment.
    • Knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and power supply design.
    • Familiarity with signal integrity and design for reliability best practices.
    • Understanding of DFM and DFA principles.
    • Proficiency in documentation tools and MS Office for reporting, BOM generation, and design records.
