Role Overview

">

The Credit Product Manager will drive the global strategy and execution of consumer credit products, reporting directly to the VP of Global Credit. This role involves supporting various initiatives across the Global Consumer Credit team, including product development, market insights, and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date consumer and market insights to identify opportunities globally.">
  • Support research activities that inform current and future credit products at a global, regional, or country level.">
  • Develop and manage product governance frameworks and forums.">
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance product operations and core requirements globally.">
  • Develop differentiated value propositions to meet emerging consumer needs; identify critical internal and external benefits and platforms required to fulfill the end value proposition.">
  • Work with regional teams to execute against the global credit product strategy, including ongoing CVP modernization and ensuring PLS toolkits are available.">
  • Develop internal and external product narratives, including sales materials, by partnering with product marketing and regional product teams.">

Requirements

">
  • Financial institution or payment industry experience is essential.">
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to provide creative solutions driving positive results for consumers, customers, and partners.">
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable product strategies and plans oriented around driving business growth, customer experience, and brand perception.">
  • Good knowledge of P&L drivers for credit products, including key revenue and expense factors.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders globally.">
  • Strong execution capability with a focus on quality and timely delivery.">
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and challenge the status quo with a constructive attitude.">
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institution is an advantage.">
