Shopify Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify e-commerce websites for clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and customize Shopify e-commerce websites.
    • Enhance theme functionality for custom cart, filters, or similar requirements.
    • Work with metaobject and metafield structuring for complex data structures.
    • Collaborate with designers and developers to understand key problems and implement solutions.
    • Cross-functional collaboration to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
    • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
    • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with front-end JavaScript libraries like React, Vue, Svelte.
  • Competence in Vanilla JavaScript (ES6) including async JavaScript.
  • Experience in Liquid and SCSS (or Tailwind/MUI).
  • Excellent communication skills with issue documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
