As an Implementation Analyst at Rippling, you'll play a critical role in facilitating a smooth onboarding process for our customers and helping them get the most out of our suite of products. You'll join a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth through innovative solutions.

The Role

You will be responsible for working closely with clients to implement Rippling's products across various segments, including HR, payroll, benefits administration, and IT platforms. Your goal will be to ensure that customers achieve their target timelines and goals while driving adoption of purchased products.

  • Work one-on-one with clients to onboard them to Rippling's products.
  • Proactively manage the implementation process end-to-end to meet customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to ensure seamless hand-offs.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve and troubleshoot customer issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, preferably at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience.
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What We Offer

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
