About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Brand Partnership Professional. As a key driver in connecting brands with unique influencer marketing opportunities, you will craft strategies and create lasting partnerships.

This role involves lead generation, relationship building, strategic sales, and pipeline management. You will identify and research potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach. Establishing meaningful relationships with brands is crucial in understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brands.
  • Strategic Sales: Create innovative sales pitches and strategies tailored to each brand.
  • Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Pipeline Management: Forecast and manage your pipeline to ensure steady sales growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries, is preferred. Freshers with the hunger for growth and right networking skills are also welcome to apply.
