Job Description

We are seeking a skilled analyst who can transform influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple spreadsheets, with large datasets across social media platforms and campaign reports.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Collect, clean and analyze influencer campaign data from various sources (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Meta Business Suite, affiliate dashboards and third-party tools).
  2. Prepare visually appealing PowerPoint presentations reflecting data, insights and analytics.
  3. Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  4. Work closely with strategy, account management and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  5. Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  6. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  7. Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).
  8. Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through quality assurance checks and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or media analytics is highly valued).
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
