Lead Interior Designer

This role is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end interior design process for luxury residential projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with uncompromising detail and finish is essential.
  • The Lead Interior Designer will be responsible for managing external consultants and internal design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales, Architecture, Construction, and Finishing teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership & Oversight: Lead the design development process, ensuring all design deliverables align with luxury brand ethos.
  • Consultant & Team Management: Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants and build a strong internal team of design managers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions, partner with Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent.
  • Site Supervision & Execution Excellence: Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing, conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering: Balance creativity with commercial sensibility, optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience.
