Job Description

As a strategic advisor to senior leadership, you will play a key role in aligning our people strategies with business objectives. This involves partnering with stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.

You will lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, delivering exceptional experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement. Your responsibilities will include building scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop people-first strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Design and implement HR programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Lead talent development initiatives that focus on skills growth and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change management.
  • Measure HR program effectiveness using data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth organizations.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and employee advocacy with a people-first mindset.
