We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to develop innovative AI systems and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into our ecosystem. As a key member of the team, you will design and implement scalable backend services using software patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience in Python, expertise in REST API development, and a solid understanding of data modeling across SQL and NoSQL systems.

Additional responsibilities include working with LLMs like Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agnos, AutoGPT, or Semantic Kernel, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, as well as implementing vector stores like Chroma, Qdrant, Pinecone, Embedding models, chunking, and token window optimization.

Other duties may include collaborating on multi-agent architectures, working with external APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, Hugging Face, and prompt engineering.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of strong backend development experience in Python.
  • Deep experience in REST API development, backend microservices, and production-ready codebases.
  • Experience working with SQL and understanding data modeling across both SQL and NoSQL systems.
  • Proficient in writing unit tests, debugging, documenting, and collaborating through code reviews.
  • Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with software patterns for high-performance, scalable AI services.
