Job Description:

As a Legal Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence within a large in-house litigation department.

\

This fast-paced environment demands your ability to review and summarize legal documents, apply policies, interact with staff, create reports, analyze data, and coordinate with legal colleagues.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Accurately set up new matters in our internal matter management system, summarize allegations, categorize cases, and identify key issues.\
  • Evaluate matters for risk related to daily operations, system failures, or other unexpected events following company standards.\
  • Prepare and share reports on matter data accuracy, and communicate with Attorneys and Legal professionals.\
  • Analyze matters submitted for closure, ensuring all information is correct and follows procedures.\
  • Identify high-risk cases and trends, and promptly report them to management.
\

Requirements:

\
  • Minimum 2 years of legal experience or experience in the financial industry.\
  • Strong English language skills.\
  • Analytical, organizational, research, presentation, time management, and project management skills.\
  • Excellent attention to detail.\
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
