We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Quality Analyst to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest level of quality in our Health Cloud applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive manual testing of Salesforce Health Cloud applications to guarantee optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with development and functional teams to review business requirements and translate them into test cases and system enhancements.
- Leverage Omnistudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to customize and extend Health Cloud solutions.
- Execute workflows, implement customizations, and support daily administration tasks across Salesforce environments.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Health Cloud features and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, configuration, and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Salesforce Admin Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and support.
- Hands-on expertise with Omnistudio tools.
- Strong background in manual testing (automation testing experience is a bonus).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
