Job Opportunity in ServiceNow GRC

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a permanent position working from home, with opportunities for upskilling in the ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance Module.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Ensure accurate data management within ServiceNow GRC, including data import, transformation, and reporting.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in risk management and compliance activities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow GRC functionalities and best practices.
  • Work closely with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to align GRC strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring compliance and risk metrics.

A strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks is essential. Proficiency in ServiceNow GRC modules and the ServiceNow platform, experience with scripting, integration, and reporting in ServiceNow is also required.
