Penetration Testing Specialist

The Penetration Testing Specialist is a senior cybersecurity professional who delivers high-quality penetration testing and security assessments.

This role involves providing expert guidance and recommendations to clients for improving their security posture, mentoring junior consultants, and helping grow the team's overall capabilities.

The consultant will have strong technical skills in areas such as web application and web services penetration testing, infrastructure penetration testing, and mobile apps penetration testing.

They will also possess hands-on knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, including NLP, transformers, and LLM architecture, as well as experience testing RAG and vector databases.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be familiar with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and have experience working with AI model hosting platforms and penetration testing tools.

  • Deliver high-quality penetration testing and security assessments.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants.

Key Skills:
4+ years of experience in Information Security focussing on penetration testing.
2+ years of client facing consulting work experience performing penetration testing.
2+ years of work experience performing the AI/LLM penetration testing.
Strong technical skills in areas such as web application and web services penetration testing, infrastructure penetration testing, and mobile apps penetration testing.

Requirements:
Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals.
Experience testing RAG and vector databases.
Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.
Experience working with AI model hosting platforms.
Excellent English language skills and ability communicate complex vulnerabilities to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
Programming language skills such as Python, Java, .NET, C or C++ (nice to have).
Experience working with at least one scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, Javascript, etc.
Operating systems skills such as Windows, Linux etc.
