Workday Integration Consultant Job Description

Location

Gurgaon / Noida/ Pune / Remote

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Investigate business and technical requirements for Workday solution, working collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements and achieve a consensus on the organization's needs and priorities.
  2. Design Workday solution to meet needs, incorporating input from stakeholders.
  3. Develop integrations between Workday solution and other client-related HR technology solutions.
  4. Conduct sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of integrations.
  5. Assist clients with testing of Workday solution and corresponding integrations.
  6. Provide production support for Workday solution, addressing stakeholder needs and expectations.
  7. Identify and manage issue resolution, escalating as necessary.
  8. Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior-level management.
  9. Develop and manage communication plans with stakeholders to improve collaboration.
  10. Leverage synergies between global information systems.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Workday Project Lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of XML Schema and XPATH.
  • Basic developer knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, and Schema language).
  • Data manipulation using Excel.
  • Knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll systems and integration approaches.
  • Experience developing multiple integrations to/from HR/Benefits/Payroll applications.
  • Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
  • Effective knowledge transfer skills in non-classroom environments.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a home office for remote work.
