We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to join our organization. As a Productivity Initiatives Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and productivity across the enterprise.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Initiative Identification: Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute productivity initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing input for changes based on analytics findings.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: Employ advanced analytics techniques to extract valuable insights from procurement data.
  2. Initiative Identification: Identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiencies within procurement operations.
  3. Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Provide input for changes based on analytics findings.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with procurement teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs.
  6. Performance Tracking: Assist in the development and implementation of metrics to monitor performance.
  7. Reporting: Generate reports and updates as required for stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in analytics, process optimization, or a similar role.
  • Soft Skills & Technical Skills: Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and strong business acumen.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
