Software Development
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions for research scientists, analyzing functional and technical requirements and translating them into software architecture and design specifications.
Full-Stack Development
  • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology, working on integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Quality Assurance
  • Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies to ensure software quality, identifying and resolving software bugs and performance issues.
Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work closely with the product team, scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time, having the opportunity to develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies.
System Maintenance
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently, including automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, Computational Chemistry, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.NET is essential.
  • Experience with event-based architecture (Mulesoft, AWS EventBridge, Kafka) is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum, is necessary.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are expected.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams, are required.
  • Initiative: A high degree of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently, is preferred.
  • Teamwork: Team-oriented individuals, with a focus on achieving team goals and managing multiple priorities successfully, are ideal candidates.
