Job Description:

Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking a seasoned engineer to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role requires an accomplished software programmer who can oversee the entire software development lifecycle and drive the creation of innovative, high-quality solutions.

You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of systems, working across both backend (.NET) and frontend (React) technologies. Lead and direct software programming initiatives, overseeing project plans, testing new software, and fixing bugs.

  • Lead Software Development Initiatives: Direct and develop software system validation and testing methods.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive testing procedures for software systems.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Oversee documentation development and implement standard operating procedures across all development activities.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients and cross-functional departments to effectively communicate project statuses and proposals.
  • System Analysis & Optimization: Analyze data to coordinate the installation of new systems or modification of existing ones. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Apply mathematical concepts to problem-solving initiatives and create innovative solutions to meet technical needs.
  • Team Cohesion: Communicate key project information to team members and foster cohesion among teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficient in .NET development.
  • Expertise in Full Stack development with a focus on React.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and create innovative solutions.
