Database Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Database Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems using MySQL Enterprise Versions.
  • Migrate databases from MySQL to MariaDB and vice-versa, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
  • Configure and troubleshoot MySQL Enterprise Monitor (MEM) and Oracle Enterprise Monitor (OEM) for optimal performance.
  • Develop and execute robust backup strategies using mysqldump/mysqlpump for MySQL Enterprise backups.
  • Implement InnoDB Cluster and Master-Slave replication configurations, ensuring high availability and data consistency.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve MySQL Performance Issues and develop high-performance database functionalities.
  • Provide solutions and troubleshoot issues in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Bonus Skills:

  • MariaDB and NoSQL database knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of data management (permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring).
  • Ensure all database programs meet organizational and performance requirements.
  • User management, space management, and shell scripting.
  • Close coordination and planning with clients and project sub-teams.
  • Effective communication skills to work with international clients.
