Job Description

As a seasoned legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts, providing strategic advice, and conducting in-depth research to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements, and manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Corporate & Internal Policies
  • Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
  • Legal Notices & Compliance Support
  • Draft legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities.
  • Legal Research & Advisory
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues. Assist in the preparation of internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, organizational ability, and a sense of ownership.
