Job Summary

The Contract Administration Specialist will lead the administration of CPD Contracts, ensuring timely completion of activities and release of payment. The role involves independently managing project quantity surveying, estimating, billing, and settlement of variations of capex works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact and suggest methods to optimize construction methods/sequencing with users to reduce time and costs.
  • Administration of conditions of contract to control and enforce compliances.
  • Attend progress meetings and assist project teams in contract administration issues.
  • Analyse and process monthly invoices of project contracts of CPD, enable payment, and carry out proper reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with various user departments/stakeholders in relation to contract administration.
Requirements
  • BE/B.Tech degree.
  • Total 6-9 years of experience in handling project contracts.

Working Environment

The Contract Administration Specialist will be part of the GMR Group team, working closely with contractors, consultants, auditors, and other departments.
